Order Cancellation

- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
- Havelkart reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, system errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers will be notified in such cases, and any payment made will be fully refunded.
Returns & Refunds
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you can request a return or replacement within the return period mentioned on the product page.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
- Once the returned product passes our quality check, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of prepaid orders, the refund timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Items
Certain items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

- Personal care & beauty products
- Gift cards or e-vouchers
- Clearance or final sale items
